Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing to info@calgaryhdc.ca 

Note: *All credit card fees are non-refundable 

Private Birthdays Parties/Rentals 

Cancellation for parties/ rentals 72hrs notice of the session - credit or refund. 

If HDC must cancel due to weather or facility issues, you’ll receive a full refund or credit.

Programs  

Camps, programs and  3 on 3

Cancellation prior to 45 days of the first session - credit or refund less $50 admin fee.

Cancellation within 45 days of the first session, no refund or credit.   

Clinics 

Credit only - non-refundable  - **Credits are only used toward Programs, Camps, Clinics **

Bandits 

Up to 90 days before the program starts - Full refund less $500 non-refundable deposit.

Less than 90 days - no refunds.

Injury policy - no refunds once the season has started.   

**Credits provided within Bandits are only used towards Bandits Programs** 

HDC Tournaments

Western Super Summit 

Up to 60 days prior event - Full refund. 

Less than 60 days $500 deposit is non-refundable. 

3on3 Tournaments

30 Calendar days prior to the event - Full refund

Less then 30 calendar days - No refunds, credit only less administrative fee of $50 

Force Majeure  

HDC will make reasonable efforts to provide programs, tournaments, and/or products as per their advertised schedule, however any cancellation due to causes beyond HDC’s control or due to a force majeure event, causes or events include weather, fire, flood, mechanical breakdowns, or malfunctions, acts of God, riot, civil commotion, pandemics, explosions and any kind of industrial action, lockout, labour difficulties, war, shortage of material and interruption of transport, water, electricity, gas and other service issues will result in a future credit for the full cost of the event, program or product, minus all sunk costs.
