The HC Calgary Bandits are proud to announce their acceptance into the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) beginning with the 2026-27 season. The organization will field U14, U16, and U18/Varsity teams, creating a complete development pathway for players aspiring to reach Junior, NCAA, and U SPORTS hockey.

Based out of HDC Calgary, the Bandits are built on a development-first philosophy that prioritizes practice, skill development, and off-ice training. Players will benefit from a structured environment featuring four to five development sessions per week, combined with high-level competition throughout North America.

Competing in six NAPHL showcase events, along with additional exhibition and regular-season games, the Bandits will provide players with significant exposure to Junior and collegiate scouts while emphasizing long-term growth both on and off the ice.

The AYHL Development Program is designed to provide young athletes with a fun, structured, and supportive environment to build confidence, develop skills, and foster a love for the game.

Over the course of 20 weeks, players will participate in two practices and one weekend 3v3 game each week, creating the ideal balance between skill development and game application. With a focus on long-term player growth, athletes receive consistent coaching, meaningful repetitions, and opportunities to apply what they learn in game situations.

Program highlights include:

• Open to players born in 2020 and 2021
