Single Program Breakdown

Each night is dedicated to a specific skill focus- 7 weeks:

Mondays – Magic Mitts & Powermoves

Develop elite puck control and confidence in tight areas. Players will learn how to handle the puck with purpose, use power moves to beat defenders, and play with their head up at all times.

Tuesdays – Power Skating

Improve stride efficiency, edge control, and explosiveness. Sessions focus on forward and backward skating, quick starts, and dynamic movement patterns used in game situations.

Wednesdays – Shooting

Break down and build all shot types — wrist, snap, and slap shots. Emphasis on shooting in stride, increasing power, and developing a quick, accurate release.

Thursdays – Evasive Movements

Learn how to create time and space under pressure. Players will work on tight turns, punch turns, and puck control through movement to generate offensive opportunities.

Fridays – Defensive/Offensive Movements

Focus on defensive and offensive positioning, movement habits, and applying skills in game-like situations.
